Company Background

Leanworx was launched in 2018, to enable discrete manufacturing shop floors to go Lean by providing actionable information on waste in their machines, via Industry 4.0. Leanworx is designed to be plug-and-play, affordable, and user-friendly.It won the FIE Foundation award for most innovative product in IMTEX 2018, one of the world’s biggest manufacturing trade shows.

Some of India’s biggest names in manufacturing use Leanworx today, and are seeing dramatic increases in efficency and profit.

Team Members

The senior team in Leanworx has deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, manufacturing analysitcs, and productivity improvement. We have used this knowledge to develop a world-class machine monitoring system on Industry 4.0, used by some of the biggest names in Indian manufacturing.

We are manufacturing people who know your world, understand your pain points, and talk your language. We are NOT software people who know how to develop software but are clueless about the world of manufacturing.

We know what a shop floor requires, and have designed and developed a software+hardware product with our knowledge of the processes, systems, skills level and culture of different types of shop floors. We have extensive experience in productivity improvement in a variety of industries: auto parts, aerospace parts, pumps, sprins, off-road vehicles, defence parts, plastics, and packaging.
